Gul is a personal trainer and was looking for a way to develop not only as an athlete but also as a trainer himself to be able to deliver his clients and himself better results in calisthenics skills and weighted calisthenics. Outsourcing training for best practice
Jeff came to us to learn a front lever, a planche and improving his overall strength for a better health and a performance carry over to his other sport activities like jiu jitsu. As Jeff has a very time consuming executive position, he wanted to outsource his training programming to use his time in the most efficient possible way. Jeff is now working with us for almost 8 months and is close to his first full front lever, has a +45kg chin up and is a feared opponent in the octagon due to his new gained strength.
