Knowledge & Strength
Gul is a personal trainer and was looking for a way to develop not only as an athlete but also as a trainer himself to be able to deliver his clients and himself better results in calisthenics skills and weighted calisthenics. In just 6 months we redesigned his whole view on strength programming and sustainable training. He went through our trainer certification program and is now not only the strongest he has ever been, but also able to continue his strength training journey on his own.
Outsourcing training for best practice
Jeff came to us to learn a front lever, a planche and improving his overall strength for a better health and a performance carry over to his other sport activities like jiu jitsu. As Jeff has a very time consuming executive position, he wanted to outsource his training programming to use his time in the most efficient possible way. Jeff is now working with us for almost 8 months and is close to his first full front lever, has a +45kg chin up and is a feared opponent in the octagon due to his new gained strength.
Female Power
In a very male dominated sport like calisthenics, we are happy to have the chance to also work with strong and dedicated women like Lauren. Lauren came to use with the wish to improve her weighted calisthenics to be able to compete in future. Lauren now pulls 10kg extra weight for sets of 5 and has a dip 1rm of over 35kg and will soon be ready to crush her first competition.
2x Champion
Marcel came to us with one Goal: a higher weighted calisthenics total to become the champ. A few months later we could increase his total by over 30kg and he is now the German Weighted Calisthenics Heavy Weight Champion of 21' and the won the international Bodystrong Weighted Competition in the United Kingdom 22' under our Guidance.
Fit close to 50!
Oli came to us with annoying, chronic pain in his shoulder, a bad posture and the wish to finally progress sustainable in his lifetime goals: front lever and planche. A year later, Olli is 100% pain free, has a better mobility than in his 30s, has the best physique in his live and holds a solid 6s half lay front lever and a 5s adv. tucked planche.
Skills & Weighted - You can have both
Volker came to us with the wish to perform a full front lever, handstands, one arm pull ups and muscle ups while also being competitive in weighted calisthenics on a national level. We delivered: Volker unlocked not only a full front lever but also a full front lever pull up as well as an easy OAP. We also managed to increase his weighted calisthenics competition total by almost 90kg in just one year.
